Welcome to Panna Safari. By booking our services, including jungle safaris, accommodation, vehicle rentals, and guide services, you agree to the terms listed below. We encourage you to read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required payment.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information and valid ID proof during booking.
- Safari bookings depend on forest department approval and vehicle allotment.
- Last-minute bookings may involve additional charges based on availability.

Payment Terms
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or cash.
- Full payment must be made in advance to confirm any service.
- All payment gateway, banking charges, and transaction fees (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

Service Charges
- A service charge is applicable on all bookings made through Panna Safari.
- This charge covers booking assistance, customer support, processing time, logistics coordination, and communication with the forest department and vendors.
- The service charge is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or changes in forest permit status.

ID Proof Requirement
- Government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking and before entering the park.
- Foreign nationals must submit passport and visa copies.
- Entry may be denied by forest authorities in absence of valid ID, and no refund will be applicable.

Safari Rules & Regulations
- Safari rides are conducted as per the rules of the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department.
- Guests must cooperate with the guide and driver during the ride.
- Loud talking, music, littering, smoking, drinking, or any form of wildlife disturbance is strictly prohibited.
- Arrive at the safari gate at least 15–30 minutes early to avoid delays. Late arrivals will not be entertained or refunded.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed based on how early the cancellation request is received.
- The service charge and payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or denied entries due to missing ID.

Rescheduling & Amendments
- Requests to reschedule or modify bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
- Changes to safari date, vehicle type, or guest list must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
- Additional fees may apply.

Travel Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by: weather conditions, park closure by forest department, strikes, curfews, roadblocks, natural disasters, or political disturbances.
- While we will assist in finding alternate options where possible, no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

Wildlife Sightings Disclaimer
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
- Sightings depend on various natural factors, including time, weather, and animal movement.
- No refunds or discounts will be offered in case of no tiger or wildlife sighting.

Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for personal belongings, loss, injury, or accident during the tour.
- All guests participate at their own risk and must follow safety instructions from the guide and driver.

Code of Conduct
- Respect the natural environment, wildlife, park staff, and fellow travelers.
- Refrain from unethical behavior that can disturb wildlife or guests.
- Any violation of rules may result in immediate removal from the safari without refund.

Policy Updates
- Panna Safari reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
