Panna Safari operates as a travel consultation and tour booking coordination agency. We do not process direct automated payments or store financial credentials on this website. All booking enquiries are handled via direct contact, call, or official communication. Any service charges or consultation fees paid for private tour coordination are collected independently by our agency and are not paid to any government authority.

• Safari bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and confirmation is issued by our company.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for tour assistance must be communicated directly via phone call or email. Since safari permits and government park rules are regulated by official forest authorities, refund eligibility on official permits depends strictly on government rules. Panna Safari’s service coordination fee is non-refundable once travel guidance or coordination has been provided. No refund will be provided in case of a no-show. Approved refunds for applicable coordination charges are processed within 7–10 working days via direct bank transfer or UPI.
